Our Vision
Standby travel is one of the best perks of working in aviation—but it can also be one of the most stressful. We've been there: standing at the gate, refreshing the standby list, wondering if you'll make it home.
Crew Compass was born from that frustration. Our founder, a 15-year airline pilot, spent countless hours manually tracking loads, asking colleagues about routes, and building spreadsheets to improve his odds.
We believe there's a better way. By combining real-time data, predictive analytics, and community knowledge, we're transforming standby travel from a guessing game into a strategic advantage.
