Our Service is intended for airline employees and their eligible family members who have non-revenue travel privileges. You must be at least 18 years old and have valid airline employee credentials to use certain features of the Service.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service

Flight load data, predictions, and other information provided through our Service are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data. Travel decisions should be made using multiple sources and your own judgment.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Crew Compass and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. User Content
By submitting content (tips, reviews, comments) to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content. You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew Compass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed flights, travel disruptions, or financial losses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crew Compass and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
